Please pay attention to the following important dates and stages of the Graduate Program admission process.
Online Registration
November 2 – December 31, 2026Payment of the registration fee, completion of the application form, document upload, and printing of the examination card and registration form.
Online RegistrationSubmission of Registration Documents
No later than Wednesday, January 6, 2027Documents may be sent by courier, online delivery service, or submitted directly to the Graduate Program Secretariat.
Graduate Program SecretariatInterview Selection
Starting Wednesday, January 13, 2027Interview schedules will follow the arrangements of each study program.

January 22 – 26, 2027Payment of enrollment fees, tuition fees (SPP), institutional development fees, and matriculation fees (if applicable).

No later than Tuesday, February 2, 2027Documents may be sent by courier or online delivery service.

Starting February 2027Students may collect their university jackets at the Graduate Program Secretariat.

Starting February 2027Matriculation will be conducted according to the schedule of each study program.
